Alberto Cerda Silva, Research Associate

Alberto Cerda Silva is a research associate at KEI’s Washington DC office, where he works on projects related to intellectual property policy, access to knowledge and privacy.

Alberto is a Professor in Law at the University of Chile and currently also a Fulbright Commission scholar pursuing a doctoral degree in law at Georgetown University. He holds a Master in Public Law from University of Chile and a LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown.
