Ted is a Public Service Institute Research Fellow at Knowledge Ecology International. He is a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. During his law school career, he interned at a variety of public service and public policy organizations, including the United States Navy JAG, the Department of Justice, and Opportunity Maine, a grassroot advocacy organization.
USTR New Exclusive Right for Copyright Holders: Importation Provision in the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA)

July 2011 - 22:00At the recently completed Vietnam round of negotiations for the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA), once again, no official text of negotiation was released. Therefore, we still need to speculate about its status, relying in part on a three-month-ago leaked version of the intellectual property chapter proposed by the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR).
Krista L. Cox, Staff Attorney
Krista works for Knowledge Ecology International (KEI) as a staff attorney.
Prior to her present position, she was employed as the staff attorney for Universities Allied for Essential Medicines (UAEM) where she worked on advocating for access to essential medicines, researching the Bayh-Dole Act and its analogues, gene patent issues, and transparency projects.
Judit Rius takes position as U.S. Manager of MSF's Campaign for Access to Essential Medicines

January 2011 - 10:32At the end of the month, Judit Rius will be leaving KEI and joining MSF in New York as U.S. Manager of MSF's Campaign for Access to Essential Medicines. Judit has been with KEI since 2006, and from the beginning, contributed greatly to nearly every aspect of KEI's work. We will miss her a lot. At MSF, Judit will work closely with another talented former KEI lawyer, Michelle Childs. We wish Judit well in her new position, and congratulate MSF on the appointment.
Alberto Cerda Silva, Research Associate

Alberto Cerda Silva is a research associate at KEI’s Washington DC office, where he works on projects related to intellectual property policy, access to knowledge and privacy.
Anne Mira Guha, Research Associate
Anne is a Road to the Future Fellow at the George Washington University Law School and works for Knowledge Ecology International (KEI) as a legal and policy Research Associate in Washington, DC. Her projects have included research and analysis in the areas of US and foreign statutory and judicial compulsory licensing mechanisms, access to medicines, ACTA, Bayh-Dole, and the proposed WIPO treaty for the visually impaired.
