The Committee made the following recommendation:

-convenes a session for joint analysis of notions, terms and conceptual basis of the instrument
The General Assembly
-decides that a Third Special Session of the SCCR be convened in November/December 2007
-decides to postpone the Diplomatic Conference from November/December 2007 to be held in 2008

of course, that does not mean that this would be agreed upon but it shows what the Chair’s “fertile mind” can come up with and we’ll see how member states react a 2pm during the plenary. Right now, I see many people shaking their head in disbelief.
