On Monday, 30 October 2023, KEI will convene a virtual roundtable to discuss specific provisions of the “Advanced, unedited version of the Negotiating Text of the WHO convention, agreement or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response” prepared by the INB Bureau.
This discussion will focus on article 9 (Research and development) and article 11 (Transfer of technology and know-how. If time permits, this roundtable will also examine article 10 on Sustainable production. KEI Director James Love will moderate the session and for each article, he will begin the discussion by calling on a few persons to share their perspectives, and then segue to a more open discussion. The session will be recorded, and available on YouTube after the event.
