WIPO SCCR meeting on December 14

The WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) will meet to discuss this issue the week of December 14, at which governments will express support or opposition to further negotiations on a WIPO treaty for persons who are blind or have other disabilities.
